Meg Caswell is the winner of the sixth season of HGTV’s Design Star which is an interior design reality competition series on HGTV. She is an interior designer from Chicago, Illinois.
Meg Caswell began her career in design the moment she decided not to attend law school. She describes her design style as a preppy mix of modern and traditional, but she also counts the vibrant pastel colors of “Palm Beach chic” among her favorite looks.
Meg is the newest member of the HGTV family, and has worked diligently on her new show, HGTV’s Great Rooms. The show takes Caswell back to her Chicago roots to give homeowners much needed kitchen and living (and dining area) makeovers. In her hometown of Chicago she is also a regular showcasing her design talent on WGN and Windy City Live on ABC.
