Catherine Crier is the former host of Court TV’s Catherine Crier Live, a daily one-hour interview program that addresses the legal perspective of the day’s front-page stories. She is also the author of The Case against Lawyers: How Lawyers, Politicians, and Bureaucrats Have Turned the Law into an Instrument of Tyranny. She has served as a correspondent, investigative reporter, anchor, and TV host, and she has been awarded an Emmy and the Dupont-Columbia Award for journalism.
Since leaving Court TV, Catherine Crier has formed her own production company and has several television projects in development.
